MPS Therapy

Healing Arts Center is proud to offer MPS Therapy with the Dolphin Neurostim™ as one of our many therapeutic tools and techniques. MPS Therapy offers revolutionary pain relief through the combination of modern Western science and ancient Chinese medicine, working hand-in-hand.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
MPS Therapy stands for Microcurrent Point Stimulation. This modern treatment method combines Western philosophies such as neurology and scar therapy with Eastern acupuncture principles. Using brief, microcurrent impulses on specific treatment points has a natural effect on the nervous system to reduce stress, relax muscle tone, and release endorphins which are the body’s natural pain killers.

WHAT IS THE DOLPHIN NEUROSTIM™?
Dolphin was born out of neurology endorphin research of the 1980’s which recognized certain types of DC electro currents as having a positive influence on the human body. DC (Direct Current) is a naturally occurring current which flows in one direction, versus the back-and-forth flow of AC (Alternating Current)that powers household appliances and TENS devices.

The microcurrent stimulation produced by Dolphin Neurostim™ is strictly DC so your body can receive it better, and the output is thousands of times less in strength than traditional TENS devices. This creates a gentle and targeted stimulation that “resonates” with the nervous system causing dramatic cellular changes in fascia, tissues, and organs.
